Juvé & Camps - Spain
Juvé & Camps is a winery in the northern San Sadurn of Pened, Spain, producing quality wines for more than 200 years. The first sparkling wine was released in 1921. Today, Juvé & Camps is already the largest producer of cava sparkling wines, with a global market share of more than 80%. Juvé & Camps hold four wineries, its grapes are from fully owned vineyard. Grapes are 100% hand-picked during harvest. Juices must be used to obtain the finest and most elegant, no bitter substances. Filtration must be very gentle, to ensure to keep as much flavor and aroma as possible.
