Vinification & Winemaking: The Shiraz grapes grown on the estate, serve as the backbone for this concentrated style. Underwent vine drying before harvest, they preserve the natural, concentrated flavors and sugars. This wine narrates the commitment to sustainable vineyards, and the inherent intensity of Shiraz that unfolds in the glass.

Alcohol: 16% TA: 5.5 pH: 3.7
Ageing: 24 months in steel tank before bottling
