Background: Vineyard Mambrilla de Castrejon located in north of Ribera
Vineyard Information: use Gravity Process in Wine making.
Soil: Sand and clay-limestone
Variety: 100% Tempranillo (Tino fino)        
Vine Age:  over 25 years old
Harvest: manual in 15 kg box          
Color: Deep ruby/purple color
Style/Palate: With a superb texture and full-bodied mouthfeel, and built like a skyscraper.
Aroma: A sumptuousnose of backberries, new saddle leather, licorice, camphor and crushed rocks.
Alcohol %: 14.5% 
Winemaker’s Report: Maceration: destemmed before fermentation, 17 days
            Maceration with pumping (gravitation) over three times
            per day at a temperature 28℃. Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
            15 months in American and French barrels.
