Varietal: 60% Viura (Macabeo), 30% Garnacha Blanca, 10% Malvasía

Harvest: harvested by hand in 14 kg box
Barrel: stainless steel tank and mixed barrels
Alcohol: 14%
Winemakers Comments: exhaustive selection. After a short cold pre-maceration time Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks for finishing in 225 L mixed barrels, American and French, after fermentation the wine is aged for 4 Months in same barrels two of them with a daily batônage and the other two months just with the lees.
Color : Pale yellow color.
Style/Palate: Tasty, fresh, balanced, notes of Apricot, vineyard peach, menthol,Sweet spices, dairy and light smoked.
Aormas: Light aromas of vanilla, smoked, Butter, white fruit and yellow plums.
Food Pairing : fish, white meat, Pastas and seafood.
Drinkable Period :
Expert Comment : A bright and citrusy white that shows green apples, lemons and fresh herbs. Light to medium body, zesty acid and a fruity finish. James Suckling on Vintage 2018
