Winemakers Comments: Alcoholic fermentation is taken in stainless steel vats; it takes about seven days, short aging time of four months in new French and American oak barrels.
Color : Cherry violet color.
Style/Palate: Very Tasty in the mouth with fruity notes again of Raspberries and blueberries, Violets and smoked caramel, all
very well integrated.
Aormas: wild berries, violets, aromatic herbs, clay and menthol notes.
Food Pairing : pasta, rice, tapas and white meat dishes.
Drinkable Period : 2022 - 2026
Expert Comment : Fresh aromas of sliced strawberries and wild raspberries here with a very primary feel. Super chalky, fresh and even-paced – James Suckling on vintage 2018.
