Varietal: 80% Tempranillo, 10% Garnacha, 10% Graciano Region: Rioja, Alavesa Vineyard: located in Labastida Harvest: harvested by hand Barrel: stainless steel tank, French Oak Alcohol: 13.5% Winemakers Comments: a cold maceration for two days in stainless steel tank. After that they will be light pressing and fermentation with the lees in 600 litres French oak barrels, where the crianza will take less than eight months Color : Deep red cherry color. Style/Palate: powerful and complex an explosion of fruit which offers soft tannins yet firm enough to provide the wine with a good structure. The oak component is subtle and well integrated. Aormas: very intense, dominated by red fruits from the Garnacha grape
along with raspberry fruit and black liquorice from the Tempranillo. Food Pairing : cured ham, hamburger and pasta. Drinkable Period : 2023 - 2026 Expert Comment : Sappy and tangy, it is destemmed, but otherwise tastes like a red berry-fruited carbonic maceration style.
