2021 Flavabom Fresh Pick Shiraz

Flavabom: We’re not called Flavabom for nothing…Just as the name suggests, Flavabom is packed with a juggernaut of vibrant flavors that pop on the palate. Lusty, distinctive and packs a punch with every sip. Flavabom keeps its promise.
Vinification & Winemaking: The Fresh Pick Shiraz is picked two weeks earlier than our normal Shiraz. This means it has vibrant red fruits with musk aromas and a youthful bright berry palate. We have chosen to make the Fresh Pick Shiraz as it’s a summer red wine that could even be served chilled at a barbeque. We call it Flavabom because it is an explosion of aromas and fruit in the red fruit spectrum

Style : Medium Bodied
Aroma: Vibrant red berry and musk aromas with a youthful bright red berry bouquet.
Palate: Medium bodied with fragrant red cherry and raspberry flavors that couple with soft tannins to balance the front palate. The medium acid also adds lift to the fresh fruits and extends across the pallet. This wine can even be served chilled as the temperature rises.
Alcohol: 14% TA: 5.26 pH: 3.54
Ageing: 7 months in steel tank before bottling
