History: Good Intentions Wine located Mount Gambier was established by Andrew Burchell released the first vintage in 2014. Vineyards are located on the south side of one of Australia’s youngest volcano with limestone soil. Limestone filters the rainfall naturally and the result is a pure water thriving with minerality. This incredible soil complexity and the cool climate makes for perfect growing conditions and in turn beautiful, elegant and totally unique wines like no others.
Winery use old world wine methods, preferring the challenges of hand picking our fruit, open fermenting with indigenous yeast an only adding suiphur when required by the wine.
