Production information
2021  Beyond the Horizon Shiraz

Vineyard: I skipped the 2020 vintage of Beyond the Horizon, it was post the fires in the Adelaide Hills in December 2019 and I made very little Shiraz.
When the 2021 Love me love me Shiraz was bottle, winery held back a portion to produce the wine. This fella is worth the wait.
Vintage Condition: Warm days with a good dirurnal range during the ripening period.  No major weather events in the final weeks allowed the grapes to hang until desired flavor ripeness was achieved.  Harvested just prior to a large rain event.
