History: Smallfry Wines s is a proud to accounce that our vineyards and our winery are all Certified Organic/Biodynamic as of April 2014. All of our wines are made using small batch processes to showcase the particular characters and flavors of the sub-regions of the Barossa Valley wine region.
Selected as one of the Top 50 Vineyards by Wine Business Magazine.
Top Vineyards Finalist of Year 2020 – 2023 by Young Gun Of Wine.
Vinification & Winemaking: A blend of wines laid down in 2012 and 2014 then matured in oak for more than a decade. Skin contact fermentation then fortified on skins before pressing directly to oak. Since we started making Tangerine Dream we haven’t had the fruit available to try again so this definitely a one off and quite limited.
