Smallfry Wine - Australia
Smallfry wines is established by Suzi Hilder and Wayne Ahrens. It is centred around theur Barossa vineyard in Vine Vale. With slew of vines over 100 years, as well as claimate-apt new plantngs, the pair grow grenache, shiraz, semillon, riesling, mataro, tempranillo, trousseau, marsanne, roussanne, cabernaet sauvibnon, cinsault, pedro ximenex and bonvedro.
Their 18 hecatares under vine has been certified organic/biodynamic since 2014.
For wine making, they use natural ferments, nil to minimal adjustment, unfined and unfiltered, aging in old oak.
Smallfry Wines is a proud to accounce that our vineyards and our winery are all Certified Organic/Biodynamic as of April 2014. All of our wines are made using small batch processes to showcase the particular characters and flavors of the sub-regions of the Barossa Valley wine region.
Selected as one of the Top 50 Vineyards by Wine Business Magazine.
