Color : intense ruby red color
Palate : very warm taste, dry, full-bodied and slightly tannic.
Armoa: ethereal bouquet with a complex array of aromas, from violet to cloves, from wild berries to vanilla.
Winemaking: After crushing, grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks by selected yeast. Fermentation’s temperature is contained within 26-28C and the must is pumped over its skin twice a day to draw colouring substances and soft tannins. After 18-20 days wine is separated from dregs to prevent solubilisation of bitter tannins and the fermentation is completed in big oak casks.
Ageing: preserved for maturation in big oaks form Slavonia for 36 months.

Expert Comment: Forest floor, dark-skinned berry, clove and sage aromas emerge in the glass. The juicy straightforward palate offers wild cherry extract, anise and a hint of pipe tobacco alongside chewy tannins.
