2017 Clot de L’Origine -Le P’tit Barriot Rouge
Background : located in Maury, Roussillon South France, make dry 'natural' wines with no technological trickery.
Vineyard information : Organic agriculture since 2009 vintage.In Biodynamic Culture since 2009. For soil, work with caterpillars, plowing and unhinging soil with pickaxe. Sulphur and copper-only plant health treatments (put them in water and spray to vines). Spraying medicinal plants.
Harvest : September 8-15, 2017 – Syrah

Drinkable : 2017 ─ 2022
Vinification : Native yeasts, Fermentation 12 days. Malolactic Fermentation, Semi carbon maceration. Breeding on fine lees in foudre for 8 months. No fining & filtration.
