Style/Palate : fine effervescent bubbles rise rhythmically forming pretty streams that create a stable crown. Its texture on mouth is very pleasant. It's effervescence is vibrant and friendly, and this combined with its balance acidity gives this cava a lovely creaminess and fresh quality.
Aroma : pleasant and intense. Initially, the nose evokes clear notes of fleshy fruit and a slightly floral background. After a short time, its complexity increase, and slight notes of toast appear.
Alcohol % : 12%
Winemaker's Report : Organic farming, manual harvest in small box to avoid damage. Careful selection of the best ripe grapes. Follow traditional Champagne producing processes. Aged in bottle average 24 months before release.
