Background : Vineyard Mambrilla de Castrejon located in north of Ribera
Vineyard Information : use Gravity Process in Wine making.
Soil : Sand and clay-limestone
Variety : 100% Tempranillo (Tino fino)        
Vine Age : 19 years old
Harvest : Handpick in 15 kg box         
Color : Cherry colored with dark violet glints
Style/Palate : It is engaging and fresh with a fruity, elegant mid-palate.
Aroma : Highly intense and clean, the raspberry and strawberry note stand out.
       Together with hints of wood but with a predominance of fruit due to it's
       intensity.
Alcohol % : 14.5%      Total Acidity : 5.2 g/L        Residual Sugar : 2.1 g/L
Winemaker's Report : Maceration : destemmed before fermentation, 15 days
            Maceration with pumping (gravitation) over three times per day        
            at temperature 27℃. Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
            7 months in American and French barrels.
Expert Review : Nose: lactic notes, fruit expression, red berry notes.
Palate : ripe fruit, flavorful.
