Grapes:come from three different vineyards
Old Vines:Bottom of Grand Cru Schlossberg and Clos Des Capucins (Monopole Vineyard)  
Young Vine:Grand Cru Marckrain,  8 years vines
Variety:  Pinot Gris
Soil: 
​- Clos Des Capucins (Monopole): sand slit soil on granit pebbles
​- Bottom of Grand Cru Schlossbery: granit soil
​- Grand Cru Markrain: limestone-marl type

Yield: 35 liter per acre, annual output 5640 bottles
Color:gold color
Palate/Sytle: Rich and well structured on the palate, crisp and supple thanks to a lively acidity which frames the flavours.
​Dense, concentrated wine showing a very elegant and persistent finish.
Aromas: subtle and delicate nose of pear, honey with smoky buttery notes.
Alcohol: 14.38%   Residual Sugar: 13.13g/l
Drinkable period:  2017 - 2025
Winemakeing: Biodnamic viticuture aims to bring balance and forces of life to soil amd the vines to keep yield low, hand picking at optimum maturity with some botrytis to reinforce the aromatic expression and body of wine.
Gentle pressing of the whole clusters in pneumatic presses, fermentation with indigenous yeast (element of the terroir, enchances depth and complexity in wines) in ancient oak asks (we do not use new wood to preserve the specific of our varieties).
Expert Comment: a pretty clear, fresh and aromatic bouquet with nice earthy flavors. Full-bodied, piquant and juicy, this is a very aromatic and mouth-filling Pinot Gris.

​Food Pairing: Perfect accompaniment to risotto with mushrooms, white meats, poultry, lamb, ducks. Pairs very weoo with grilled salmon and other oily fish as well as Asian or Asian influenced cusine and hard cheese.
