Background: made from vineyard located on a small granite plateau (600 meter above sea level) in the parish of Freixo deNumão, 15 km to the West of FozCôa. Vinho de mesa Region.
Soil : granite soil
Variety: 10 different varieties mixed including Rabigato，Códegado Larinho，Códega，Gouveio，Donzelinho Branco，Folgazão，Arinto。
Annual Output: 3,000 bottles
Color : light yellow
Style/Palate: elegant and sophisticated, impressive structure and depth
Aroma: Citrus and green apple aromas.
Alcohol: 13% Sugar Residual: 1.1 gram/Liter Acidity: 7.2 g/L PH: 2.96
Drinkable Period: 2019 - 2030
Winemaker’s Report: Grapes are harvested by hand for small boxes before they are pressed on a pneumatic press, without desengace. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in barrels of French oak with controlled temperature and regular bâtonnage up to one month before bottling, which occurred in July 2019.
Élevage: 11 months in used French oak barrels, with bâtonnage regular. Six months aged in bottle .
Food Pairing: Ideal with shellfish, fish, chicken, and cheese
Expert Comment: It has a long and fine finish. It's quite gripping, actually. It shouldn't have a problem aging for a decade, probably more.
